StoryApp (storyapp.ai) is the name of our interactive storytelling platform — the product you sign up for and use.
StoryApp is operated by AG Operations LLC, a United States company. In these terms, StoryApp, we, us, and our mean AG Operations LLC as the provider of the StoryApp service.
Product & services
StoryApp is an interactive storytelling platform. You can read and listen to branching choose-your-own-adventure stories, create new stories with AI assistance, and listen to generated narration. Access to paid features requires an account.
Pricing
StoryApp uses a coin balance to pay for story creation, narration, and related usage.
- New accounts receive 5,000 free coins to get started.
- Paid coins are sold in prepaid packs: Story Spark ($10) — 10,000 coins, Quest Cache ($25) — 27,000 coins, Adventure Chest ($50) — 55,000 coins, Epic Vault ($100) — 120,000 coins. Larger packs include more coins per dollar.
- Prices and pack sizes are shown before checkout and may be updated from time to time. New prices apply to future purchases only.
- Taxes may apply where required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By creating an account or purchasing coins, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms.
Agreement
By clicking Continue with Google to sign in, or by completing a coin purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use StoryApp.
Auto-recharge
After you complete at least one coin purchase, your payment method is saved and you may opt in to auto-recharge from your profile.
When auto-recharge is enabled and your coin balance is too low to continue, we will automatically charge your saved payment method for a Story Spark pack ($10 — 10,000 coins). Each auto-recharge is a separate purchase — there is no subscription.
You can turn auto-recharge off at any time from your profile. If an auto-recharge payment fails, auto-recharge is disabled automatically.
By enabling auto-recharge, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for future Story Spark ($10) purchases until you disable it.
Refunds
Coin purchases are for digital services delivered immediately. All sales are final once coins are added to your account.
We do not offer refunds for coins that have already been used. If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a failed purchase that was still billed), contact us within 14 days via our support page or at support@storyapp.ai and we will review your request. Use the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account.
Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using StoryApp at any time. Disable auto-recharge from your profile to stop future automatic $10 charges. Removing your saved payment method does not delete your account or unused coin balance.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login credentials. You must provide accurate information and comply with these terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use StoryApp to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the service.
Intellectual property
StoryApp and its branding are owned by us. You retain rights to stories you create, subject to the licenses needed for us to host, process, and display your content on the service.
Disclaimer
StoryApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated content will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of StoryApp. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms, including pricing and coin pack offerings. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Price changes apply to future purchases only; unused coin balances remain in your account.
