Who we are

StoryApp (storyapp.ai) is the name of our interactive storytelling platform.

StoryApp is operated by AG Operations LLC, a United States company. In this policy, StoryApp, we, us, and our mean AG Operations LLC as the provider of the StoryApp service.

Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, and profile details from your sign-in provider (such as Google).
Story & usage data — stories you create, choices you make, reading progress, and coin balance usage.
Payment information — billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payments and store a Stripe customer ID and payment method reference, not your full card number.
Technical data — browser type, device information, and basic analytics to keep the service running and secure.

How we use information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve StoryApp
Create and deliver interactive stories and AI-generated content
Process coin purchases and manage your account balance
Respond to support requests and send service-related messages
Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues

Payment processing (Stripe)

Payments on StoryApp are handled by Stripe. When you provide payment information, Stripe receives and processes that data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.

Service providers

We share data with trusted providers who help us operate StoryApp, including:

Stripe — payment processing
Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure
OpenAI — story generation
ElevenLabs — text-to-speech narration

You can sign out or stop using the service at any time.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
You can disable auto-recharge and remove your payment method from your profile.

Children

StoryApp is designed for families but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us personal data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
